Shipping Information

At Craft Render, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your goods arrive safely and in optimal condition. Please read the following shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Standard Delivery Lead Time

Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working day(s), exclude weekend and public holiday.

Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If there is any urgent inquiry kindly contact us via Whatsapp [0123064142] to get the fastest response. 

Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows: 
- West Malaysia: 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2-3 working days.

Courier + Packing Fees

Our courier fees are calculated based on the actual product weight, following the rate structure below:

Courier rates may be adjusted by our logistics partner from time to time.

Shipping Policy

We use inflatable bubble wrap and protective papers to safeguard your items during transit. While we take every precaution to minimize damage, please understand that we cannot guarantee the external appearance of the parcel once it is handled by the courier.

  1. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

  2. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.

  3. All acrylic products may have a tolerance of ±0.1mm to ±0.3mm due to material characteristics and manufacturing processes.

  4. Items sold are non-refundable and non-replaceable. However, we understand unforeseen issues can occur, and we will do our best to assist and resolve any concerns promptly.

  5. If your item is found damaged upon receipt (excluding damages caused during third-party courier handling), please contact us immediately with clear proof for evaluation and possible replacement.

  6. Sale items are strictly non-refundable.

  7. Customers must ensure all order information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

  8. Any cancellation or change related to courier arrangements requires at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled shipping date.

  9. All orders are shipped through our appointed third-party logistics providers. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

  10. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to potential external factors such as weather, traffic, and operational delays. Neither Craft Render nor the courier will be held liable for these delays.

  11. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s unavailability or incorrect contact information.

  12. Delivery coverage areas may change without prior notice. If your address is outside the courier’s coverage, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order after notifying you.

  13. If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, a second delivery attempt can be arranged, subject to additional charges.
