Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases of our acrylic products are considered final and non-refundable. We strongly encourage customers to review product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before completing the order.

*If there is any refund agreed by both buyer and seller after discussions. The refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.


Courier Shipping Disclaimer

If you choose to ship your order using a courier service, please note that the parcel will be handled by a third-party logistics provider.
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damages that occur during transit.
Customers who prefer risk-free handling are advised to select self-pickup or arrange their own delivery method.


Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Collection or Before Shipping)

If the product you receive is damaged or defective before shipping or at the time of self-pickup, please contact us within 7 days.
To assist with verification, we may request clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once confirmed as a product defect (not courier damage), we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution. 

If your item is found damaged upon receipt (excluding damages caused during third-party courier handling), please contact us immediately with clear proof for evaluation and possible replacement.


Custom Orders

Custom and personalized acrylic orders are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure that all measurements, colors, and design details are correct before placing your order.
